🇺🇸 We’re proud to share that Quickbase’s Stephen Percoco, Vice President of Sales Strategy and Innovation, received the Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR).
Gareth Hughes, Strategic Account Executive at Quickbase, nominated Stephen for creating an environment where he can balance work, family, and military service without feeling like he has to choose between serving his country and succeeding in his career.
The Patriot Award recognizes leaders who go above and beyond through actions like flexible scheduling, time off before and after deployment, support for military families, and leaves of absence that make it possible to serve.
