Catherine Vandenborre
Catherine Vandenborre served as CFO of Elia Group across roughly a decade through 2023, then stepped in as interim CEO from 1 November 2023 following Chris Peeters's departure. Marco Nix took on the interim CFO role during her tenure as interim CEO. She remained at the group through the leadership transition, departing in July 2025 after Bernard Gustin took up the CEO seat in January 2025 and Marco Nix became permanent CFO in April 2025.
