Ramon Suarez
Ramon Suarez co-founded Betacowork with Jean Derely and served as a board member of BetaGroup, making him one of the key builders of the early Brussels coworking and startup community.
Ramon Suarez is a Spanish expat who came to Brussels to work at the EU Parliament, then pivoted into Entrepreneurship. He co-founded Betacowork with Jean Derely in 2009, establishing one of Brussels' first dedicated tech coworking spaces. He served as a board member of BetaGroup and Startups.be, and was a founding member of the Startup Europe Coworking Assembly. He is also the author of The Coworking Handbook and is counted among the top tech influencers in Belgium by DataNews.
