- Over the past few months, we've strengthened and further clarified the four values we care about most. There's no better way to have your values represented than by the people who live by them, day by day! The third one is on Down to Earth, which we defined as the fact that there is no consultancy theatre. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but our clients' goal twice as much. Hard to stay grounded with a client if your own team can't ask an honest question without flinching first. Yasmine's version starts a level lower than
- Over the past few months, we've strengthened and further clarified the four values we care about most. There's no better way to have your values represented than by the people who live by them, day by day, today it's time for Cyriel Cnockaert! The second value is on Empowering, which we defined as, making others genuinely stronger, so they can take initiative and outgrow themselves. Cyriel thinks that not being needed in the room afterwards isn't a side effect, it's the actual measure of whether the work landed.
- Over the past few months, we've strengthened and further clarified the four values we care about most at Agoya. There's no better way to have your values represented than by the people who live by them, day by day. So, the first one is on Perseverance, which we defined as the fact that we go all in: there's a solution to everything, and we keep looking until we find it. We don't stay until 'the project is finished,' but until it works for the people who have to use it.
- Most companies still treat AI like a very well-read intern: useful for questions, checked twice before anything happens. OpenAI's newest research on enterprise adoption shows the leaders have moved past that. Frontier firms now generate about 8x more output per active user than typical firms which is up from 2.6× back in January. That gap isn't closing. It's opening. The difference isn't which model people use. It's what they let it do: - 21% of active users at frontier firms use Plugins, versus 9% at typical firms. - 19% use
- Seven in a row! Our GenAI Expert,Sammy, has been renewed as Microsoft AI MVP for the 2026-2027 season. Let's congratulate him on his seventh consecutive year carrying the title! These titles aren't handed out for showing up, it's earned by sharing the knowledge you own with others year after year! Through talks, community work and giving real answers to real problems. Seven years isn't just keeping up with the pace of AI, he has been shaping how the community understands it and uses it. For us, this is the type of expertise we
- For a while we have been transferring more and more of my management tasks toward other people at Agoya, so I can dedicate more time to our clients and the delivery at our clients. Due to that I often tended to respond with 'you should ask big boss Tineke for that, not me' as we manage the company as equals, both within our area of strength. Now with the rebranding we ordered new business cards, nothing odd except that the delivery guy did ask if the name was correct... Thanks Cyriel Cnockaert. Happy to be the "small boss" here!
- Our website just changed. But what's behind it changed more. For years we've been collecting data, and AI tools keep popping up everywhere. Connecting the two, in a way that actually sticks in an organisation — that's the hard part. And that's exactly what our brand is in for: we don't stop at strategy, and we don't disappear after implementation. We stay until it works for the people who have to use it. New look. Same reason we get up every morning: getting your data to work.
- Yesterday, our Belgian office traded the usual afterwork setting for something with a bit more sea breeze, radio energy and rugby spirit. 🌊🏉 Our colleague Cyriel was on National Radio (Qmusic) at the seaside, where the challenge was simple: could they guess his hobby? The answer: Yep, and pretty fast, rugby. So we made an afterwork out of it. A moment to cheer him on, enjoy the coast, and spend time together outside the normal workspace as working it isn’t only about projects or strategy sessions. Sometimes it happens by the sea,
