Overview
Anchr operates as a long-term home for mission-critical software businesses, combining over 30 years of operating history with entrepreneurial autonomy at each acquired company. The group has historically been strongest in retail software in the Benelux and is expanding into adjacent verticals through acquisitions.
Strada Partners became a shareholder after taking over from Indufin, and has earmarked capital for further bolt-on acquisitions, typically writing equity cheques of EUR 5 to 50 million per transaction. Recent additions to the portfolio include Tilroy in retail software and Trikker in construction and electrical-installation software, the latter acquired in March 2025 as Anchr's first move into construction and installation verticals.
