CORES Development develops sustainable residential and commercial real estate projects in Belgium and abroad. Residential projects focus on urban landscaping and include apartments, co-living apartments, and housing. Commercial projects serve private, institutional investors and end-users, including hotels, office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
