A major UK energy retailer extended SAP IS-U and S/4HANA with the Energy Margin Intelligence (EMI) platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Pricebook creation dropped from 10–14 days to under four hours, errors reaching SAP billing fell by 75 per cent, and intraday pricing became possible for the first time. No rip-and-replace.
