- In SAFIR-Ready, the DLR-Institut für Flugführung leads the reporting on validation activities, including real flight trials and simulations across Europe. An impressive number of validation activities have been carried out by the SAFIR-Ready project team, supporting the project’s objectives to enable and improve ad-hoc drone operations in public good scenarios. To that aim, DLR prepared a detailed airspace environment of #Braunschweig and locations relevant to such operations to assess high-density scenarios.

- Before we dive in the weekend, autonomous rail, drones and driverless vehicles, all running live in one afternoon at the second Autonomous Summit in Stad Antwerpen this week. - Le 31 mars dernier, le CHU de Liège a lancé un pilote de transport médical par drones avec la société Helicus, dans le cadre du projet européen SAFIR-Ready. Poches de sang, biopsies, traitements de chimiothérapie et d'immunothérapie : les délais passent de 25 minutes par la route à quelques minutes par les airs entre deux de ses sites hospitaliers.
