Hive CPQ sells Configure Price Quote software for manufacturers of complex, configurable products. The platform combines a product configurator with bill of materials generation, document generation, a dynamic pricing engine, 3D visualization, a low-code Design Studio, a dealer platform, a spare parts module, an API and MCP connectivity. The company was founded by Frederik Taleman, who is CEO. The idea dates back to 2003, when Taleman built a student project to help his father, a salesman at a door manufacturer, calculate door prices. Hive CPQ NV was registered on 21 June 2017 and is headquartered at Kleindokkaai 17 in Ghent. The company has 11-50 employees.
