- Last Friday, we welcomed Natasha and Pim from WSO2 for another FastTrack Snack! With colleagues joining from the office and remotely, we explored WSO2’s approach to AI & integration, identity management for people and AI agents, and platform engineering. What stood out was how these capabilities are coming together as the role of integration evolves in an increasingly agentic world, opening up plenty of interesting opportunities to explore. Plenty of food for thought and a great starting point for some hands-on experimentation

- What makes our Hackathon special? It tackles real problems. For two days, our i8c colleagues explored new solutions to the integration challenges we encounter every day. Working side by side with colleagues we don't normally get the chance to collaborate with, and we beyond our usual day-to-day work. We gave them the space to challenge assumptions, test bold ideas, and learn from one another. The ideas that come out of this don't stay in a slide deck. - Last month, the team traded laptops for lake life at our annual team weekend, and it delivered as always. We had colleagues wobbling their way up on wakeboards (and a few surprising us with actual style), plenty of laughs watching each other wipe out, and evenings winding down around the BBQ with steaks sizzling and stories flowing. No calls, no deadlines, just the team, good food, and genuinely great moments together. This is what a great team culture looks like off the clock too. Here's to the next one 🙌
