- We are proud to announce that IMChip has submitted its #IPCEI Advanced Semiconductor Technologies (#AST) proposal 'Advanced Materials Integration in CMOS for AI (AMICA)' to the Dutch government as an Associated Partner, following our pre-selection by RVO earlier this year. As part of the IPCEI matchmaking, we built >15 industrial collaborations across >10 EU countries, with SPHERICAL and the University of Groningen as consortium partners. At IMChip, our mission is clear: to tackle the utmost urgent and growing AI energy crisis
- Today we said goodbye to Sagarneel Ghoshal, who wrapped up his internship at IMChip. Over the past few months, he has been working on chip architecture simulations for neuromorphic computing, exploring how next-generation AI hardware can become more energy-efficient and brain-inspired. His work has contributed to our ongoing R&D efforts, and it has been great to see his technical skills and confidence grow throughout the internship. A big thank you for all your hard work, curiosity, and enthusiasm. We wish you all the best in the
- We are pleased to share that our project HERON — Hybrid-responsive mEm-devices for neuROinspired computiNg — a new Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchanges (MSCA-SE) project, has been funded by the European Union under Horizon Europe. HERON brings together an international consortium to develop next-generation hybrid multi-memory devices and neuromorphic hardware for low-power, brain-inspired computing. IMChip thanks its outstanding partners and colleagues from the University of Groningen (NL) — Tamalika Banerjee, CNRS (FR) — Sylvia
- Excited to see IMChip included in the Dutch semiconductor delegation attending Silicon Saxony Days 2026 in Dresden! 🎉 Our co-founder, Azminul Jaman, will be there representing IMChip and connecting with industry leaders, innovators, and fellow entrepreneurs from across the European semiconductor ecosystem. If you're attending the event and interested in AI hardware, neuromorphic computing, novel materials, or the future of energy-efficient chips, we'd love to meet and exchange ideas. See you in Dresden! #Startup
