- IMChip is pleased to announce "STRATUM" – a hardware simulation toolkit for memristive in-memory-computing (IMC) accelerators. The toolkit simulates an IMC chip end to end, incorporating programmed memristor devices, device-level and array non-idealities, integrated crossbars with their ADC/DAC/register/adder peripherals, a hierarchical chip of tiles and processing units and returns accuracy, area, energy and latency from a single run. We benchmarked it on VGG-16 and ResNet-18 (CIFAR-10). Congratulations to Sagarneel Ghoshal for
- Excited to represent IMChip at Silicon Saxony in Dresden. Looking forward to connecting with the semiconductor community, exchanging ideas, and exploring future collaborations. #IMChip #SiliconSaxony #Semiconductors #Dresden #Innovation
