Involv is a SharePoint-based intranet platform that runs inside a customer's existing Microsoft 365 environment, with all data staying in the customer's own Microsoft tenant. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Roosdaal, Belgium. Its co-founders are Walter Van Hecke and Tim Bogemans. Involv grew out of Cognit, a Belgian firm that has delivered collaboration projects since 2007. The founders first built custom SharePoint and Office 365 solutions and then turned that work into a pre-configured intranet product. Involv is a solution of Cognit BV, registered as BE 0891.127.518 at Gasthuisstraat 54, 1760 Roosdaal. The company has 11-50 employees. A QuickStart offering delivers a ready-to-use intranet at a fixed price in four weeks. Non-profits and NGOs can join a Donation Programme with special pricing, and the public sector gets tailored pricing. More than 300 organisations in 25 countries use Involv, including Mondi Group, PALFINGER, Samsonite, The National Archives, NatureScot, Lantis, Europabank, Kom op tegen Kanker, Dstny, Enabel, AZ Turnhout and talent.brussels. Plopsa uses it to reach nearly 1,000 employees across three countries. In the ClearBox 2026 Intranet Choice report, Involv received the Best for Value and Leading Product awards.
