Involv is a SharePoint-based intranet platform that runs inside a customer's existing Microsoft 365 environment, with all data staying in the customer's own Microsoft tenant. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Roosdaal, Belgium. Its co-founders are Walter Van Hecke and Tim Bogemans. Involv grew out of Cognit, a Belgian firm that has delivered collaboration projects since 2007. The founders first built custom SharePoint and Office 365 solutions and then turned that work into a pre-configured intranet product.
