Overview

Leexi builds an AI notetaker that joins meetings and calls, transcribes them and produces reports, summaries and action items without anyone typing. The product supports more than 120 languages and connects to Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Gmail, Notion, Slack, Aircall, Ringover, 3CX, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce and Odoo. An "Ask Leexi" function lets users query what was discussed, summary prompts can be customised, and a mobile app records in-person conversations in one click. Subscriptions start at 20 euro per month. The company was founded in 2021 by Xavier and Carole Lombard together with their sons Baptiste and Matthieu, and financed by the founders themselves after they sold shares in a previous insurtech business. Annual recurring revenue reached 3.5 million euro in 2025, with a target of 8 million euro by the end of 2026 and 10 million euro less than a year after that. The team counts around fifty people, working from an office on Avenue Herrmann Debroux in Brussels. Data is stored in Europe, in France. Leexi is ISO 27001 certified, states compliance with the GDPR and the EU AI Act, and runs annual penetration testing. Proximus evaluated that security approach and now offers Leexi to its own business customers. Leexi won the AI category at the Belgian Startup Awards in June 2025.
