- Our Designer, Kseniia Masna, spent Tuesday afternoon at the Product Design Meetup in Kortrijk. New tools, new expectations, new ways of working. Four speakers, four angles. Aloka Muddukrishna (Polestar) reminded the room that the interface should adjust to the user, not the other way around. Customisation for different needs is something we try to build into our own work too. Melanie Daveid (Nothing) gave a fresh look at speculative design and how it helps us explore possible futures. Yordi Uytersprot (Moonbird) shared lessons
- Quite a day on the internet, and it's not over yet. 😅 Two critical vulnerabilities in PHP sent a lot of websites offline today. PHP powers a big part of the web, including many of the platforms we design and build. Our whole team dropped everything to tackle this together, following a clear plan: ✅ We acted proactively wherever needed, temporarily taking websites offline as a precaution. ✅ Where patches are available, we're rolling them out across the platforms we look after. ✅ We're gradually bringing the remaining websites back
- Meet our fourth speaker: Yordi Uytersprot. 💬 Yordi has spent 15 years building mobile apps, web apps and e-commerce for startups and larger companies. In Kortrijk, she’ll talk about
- Joining the Product Design Meetup 2026 line-up: Warwick Kay from Miro. Warwick led teams at Booking.com and at a mix of startups and agencies before joining Miro, and now leads the work on customising Miro for organisations. As Warwick puts it: "I lead teams that turn ambiguous, complex problems into products people return to. I prioritize trust and ownership, then focus on creating and defining opportunities for my team." During the next product design meetup, Warwick will talk about a topic we’re all struggling with: as AI

Outside of work, he bakes a great carrot cake, and if your cat needs a sitter at short notice, he's your man. Welcome, Gilles. 👋
- Meet our first speaker. 💬 Aloka Muddukrishna, Head of UI/UX at Polestar, is joining us for this edition of Product Design Meetup in Kortrijk. He's been part of Polestar since the early days, leading the infotainment design on the Polestar 2, 3, 4 and 5. The same minimalist design, four cars, and a lot more happening underneath the surface each time.
