- Last week at the CoZo symposium, we shared our vision for a new digital workforce in hospitals. A few key ideas: 1. AI agents will become part of the hospital workforce. Just like surgeons, nurses, administrative and IT staff, AI agents will have different skills and responsibilities. Some will handle administrative tasks, while others will perform specialized clinical tasks, potentially requiring regulatory approval (MDR, FDA…). 2.
