- Some uplifting news from the Belgian climate tech scene before the weekend. Last night, Deloitte presented its Technology Fast50 awards for Belgian scale-ups. Climate tech was strongly represented: * Octave.energy (battery storage) won the overall Fast50 award * Sirona Technologies (Direct Air Capture) was named Most Disruptive Innovator * C-battery (battery storage) finished a close second in the overall ranking * Carbon+Alt+Delete and Tapio both there as carbon reporting softwares * Several other climate tech companies ranked high
