Founded by Stefan Debois, who spent 15 years in consulting before starting the company, PointerPro digitizes the advice-giving process for professional services firms. The platform lets consultants build online assessments that automatically generate personalized PDF reports based on respondent answers, turning what used to be manual consulting deliverables into scalable digital products.
The platform has attracted enterprise customers in consulting, professional services, and healthcare. Major consulting firms Capgemini and Deloitte use PointerPro to scale their diagnostic methodologies. AstraZeneca uses it for asthma prevention programs. The company serves customers across 65+ countries, with the US and Europe as primary markets.
PointerPro is largely bootstrapped, having generated $3.4M in annual recurring revenue with a 29-person team. A EUR 950K debt facility from Flemish asset manager PMV was announced in 2023 to support overseas growth, and the company raised $1M in 2024 at a $10.2M valuation.
