Stefan Debois is founder and CEO of PointerPro, an assessment software platform based in Antwerp. He started the company in 2012, after 15 years in enterprise software at IBM and CSC. Mark Penson co-founded the company alongside him and now sits on the board as an advisor. Pointerpro lets organisations build online questionnaires that automatically produce personalized advice reports in PDF or PowerPoint. The platform combines a questionnaire builder, a report builder, a distribution portal, dashboards, benchmarking, white-labeling and an AI prompt widget. Its users are consultants, professional development coaches, HR professionals and marketers. The company says more than 1,500 companies use it, and lists Deloitte, Meta, Accor Hotels, Uber, AstraZeneca, Capgemini, ManpowerGroup and Johnson & Johnson among its customers. Published case studies cover Vlerick Business School, Agoria, Attain Global and Piscari. Debois runs the company alongside CCO Bart Vanden Wyngaerd and Chief Product and Technology Officer John Baekelmans. The team works from Sint-Pietersvliet 7 in Antwerp, inside The Beacon, and the platform is ISO 27001 certified.
