- DAS handles over 100,000 claim-related emails every month, connecting clients, brokers and attorneys with the right legal teams. As claim categories grow, keeping every email correctly classified and routed to the right team becomes increasingly complex. Therefore, DAS recently partnered with our new colleagues at Sagacify. The goal? Building an AI solution that classifies incoming emails, matches them to the right case, and routes lower-confidence cases to a claims manager, across more than 100 categories. - Some people sell AI. Others make sure it actually works. François Beuvens belongs to the second category. Now that Sagacify is part of Craftzing, François joins as Partner and will focus on AI-delivery. In addition, he will stay close to existing clients of ours, keeping product quality high and making sure what gets built still works a year later, not just on demo day. - AI models are trained on how people used to behave: what they searched, bought, clicked. That training data ages fast when markets move quicker than it does. The rise of electric vehicles is a clear example. Accessories that barely affected combustion engines now cut into an EV's range, and Honda's existing portfolio wasn't future-proof.
