- Big announcement today for Craftzing 👇 In an AI project, strong performance is only the starting point. The hard part starts when the model leaves the lab and has to survive the business. Across a decade of work with banks, insurers, mutualities, logistics and retailers, I keep seeing the same factor decide whether AI reaches real value; and it's rarely the model itself. It's everything around it. And "everything around it" has two sides: Below the model sits the architecture. → How does it plug into systems never built for it?
