Shyfter is a Brussels-based software company that sells a SaaS platform for personnel management. The platform covers staff scheduling, time tracking and clocking, absence and leave management, overtime, contracts and documents, payroll preparation, Dimona declarations and HR reporting. It is completed by the Shyfter Staff employee app, Shyfter Talk for team messaging, Shyfter Drive for documents, Shyftie AI and a workforce API. The company is headquartered at Boulevard de Waterloo 30 in Brussels and reports 3,500+ companies and 400,000+ employees on the platform, including Carrefour, Quick, Intermarché, Burger King, KFC, Spar, Exki, Aspria and Pierre Marcolini. In May 2021 Shyfter raised €800,000 from Sambrinvest and Mike Vandenhooft, co-founder of Newpharma, after growing about 300% in 2020. In April 2023 it raised €1.1 million from the same investors, at which point it had over 1,000 clients (85% in Belgium, 15% in France), 14 staff and €650,000 of recurring revenue in 2022. In May 2025 the company, by then profitable and growing 70% in 2024, raised €1.5 million from Mike Vandenhooft and the fund WeLoveFounders to accelerate in France, where it competes with Skello and Combo, and to open Spain and the Netherlands. It aims for €10 million in annual recurring revenue by 2027.
