Overview
Ventory builds field inventory management software that sits between ERP systems and inventory held outside the warehouse: engineer vans, forward stocking locations, project sites and consigned stock at customer locations. The platform is mobile-first, runs on Android, Apple and Zebra devices, works offline and connects to ERPs through certified connectors, with 12+ ERP and WMS integrations. It serves medical devices and diagnostics, renewable energy, field services and 3PL. Named customers and partners include DHL, delaware, Microsoft, Zebra Technologies, RenuTrak and Elteros. The company is registered as Ventory BV at Excelsiorlaan 8 in Zaventem. Founder and CEO Vishal Punamiya spent more than 12 years in field operations at DHL and Panalpina before starting the company. Ventory won the sixth European Supply Chain Start-up Contest in May 2023 in Ede, where the jury cited its DHL implementation and a collaboration with Capgemini. In September 2024 it raised a €1.75M seed round from Finindus, Matterwave Ventures and Ventures by delaware. In February 2025 the product went live on SAP Store, and in November 2025 the platform added Japanese. In May 2026 Ventory raised €2.65M led by KBC Securities, with the existing investors participating, after reporting 6x ARR growth in 2025, 10 new enterprise accounts, more than 500 customer locations, more than 80,000 SKUs tracked daily and production use in 7 countries. The company holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and SOC 2 certifications.

In the news
- Mandatory EUDAMED enforcement is drawing near, and the legacy device deadline requires immediate operational focus. Registering device data in central systems (ERP/PLM/PIM) is only half the process. The true compliance test happens out in the field, where stock sits in hospital consignment closets and sales rep trunks. True compliance requires 100% alignment between your central database records and physical inventory on the ground. Without site-level visibility, attribute mismatches will lead to audit delays and submission
- Where does high-value inventory visibility actually break down? It rarely happens at the manufacturer’s central depot. It happens once consigned stock reaches the point of care, where tracking fades and the trail goes cold. Consigned inventory and VMI sitting on facility shelves are still active, billable assets, and they should be accounted for with the exact same rigor as central stock. When high-value field inventory leaves the central ERP, visibility shouldn't have to end there. End-to-end tracking at the point of care is
- The biggest barrier to scaling renewable energy isn't power generation, it's grid infrastructure and downtime management. When wind turbines, solar farms, or substations go down, delays rarely stem from a lack of field technicians. They happen because the right replacement part isn't where it needs to be. Core ERP systems track parts inside central warehouses. But grid maintenance happens at Tier-3 remote locations, and leaving critical field stock unindexed where work actually happens only results in: Spare parts sitting in

- We at Ventory are proud to be joining the GXO Logistics, Inc. UK Accelerator alongside a great cohort of innovators! We already work with 3PLs and see first hand how difficult inventory visibility can become once stock moves beyond the main warehouse. That’s a challenge we’re excited to tackle together with GXO. What makes this programme especially exciting is the opportunity to bring our experience into GXO’s operations, while learning from a team operating at such incredible scale. Less talking about what could work. More getting

It happens with real people, real products, real trucks and real forklifts. Exactly.

- Managing consigned or vendor-owned stock across technician vans, remote depots, and customer job sites often feels like a win-win for cash flow until the end-of-quarter audit arrives. When supplier inventory sits outside your central warehouse walls, it is easy to treat it as "free inventory." But without tracking actual usage on-site, consigned stock creates a hidden financial liability: Unrecorded Field Usage: Technicians pull parts during emergency repairs or van swaps without logging them right away. The Audit Shock: When the
