Overview
Pierrard co-founded Efficy in October 2005 alongside CTO Robert Houdart, building it into one of Europe's larger independent CRM providers with a focus on mid-market and enterprise customers. The company operates across Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and several other European markets. Fortino Capital became a shareholder to support Efficy's European expansion strategy.
