Kutterer joined the early team at Scrydon alongside founders Nathan Bijnens and Xavier Geerinck. Her career covers AI policy, governance, and law, with affiliations including CERRE and academic work at UC Law San Francisco.
At Scrydon, Kutterer builds the AI governance, legal, and compliance foundations the company needs to serve regulated customers across enterprises, governments, and defence organisations.

- This Thursday, I had the chance to join the EC’s first Frontier AI Expert Forum – a new group set up to inform the EU’s emerging frontier AI strategy. Its purpose is to bring together developers, researchers, startups, industry, civil society and member states to answer a simple but difficult question: how should Europe position itself in a world where cutting‑edge AI capabilities and infrastructure are largely not "made in Europe".
