Overview
Gianni Isella co-founded iVisual and has served as its chief executive officer since October 2025. Since January 2022 he has also been a partner at Domani Group, having founded Domani and run it as managing director from 2016 to 2022.
Between July 2023 and January 2025 he worked at BMW Group, first as a marketing specialist and then as a digital transformation consultant, latterly on BMW MINI. Earlier he was a senior sales marketing consultant at VOLTY from 2022 to 2023, a marketing analyst at Drylock Technologies, sales marketing manager at PHARMA PRODUCTS, and, in 2016, account manager and later business development manager at Amphion, both roles with a creative remit. He began at Vasco-Group as a graphic designer in 2011.
Isella studied graphic design and illustration at Sint-Lukas Brussel, web and multimedia management at SYNTRA Brussel, and UX-UI at Ironhack. He took a postgraduate degree in new marketing at KU Leuven and studied digital transformation and mergers and acquisitions at Vlerick Business School.
