De Winne started VibeLab in 2025. The studio sets and executes AI strategy for organisations across four pillars: strategy, implementation, engineering and education, and runs community events in Ghent, including an official Anthropic Claude Code evening co-hosted with TechWolf.
At Yugen Kombucha he moved from marketing student to marketing and projects, and since 2025 holds the Marketing & AI Catalyst role, applying AI across the brand's marketing. Earlier he co-founded Brandlapp, an AI marketing and automation venture.

- I threw a few million Claude Fable tokens at a single question yesterday night: how Belgium 🇧🇪 beats Spain 🇪🇸 on Friday... I had Claude's new model pull everything leading up to this quarterfinal: shots with position, goals, minute and xG, plus full data dossiers on all 34 players. Duels, lost balls, one-on-ones. Some examples of what the data tells us: • Spain crack between minute 30 and 45, and again from 75. Moneytime. • Rodri has been dribbled past 6 times, more than anyone in their eleven. Yamal lost the ball 9 times.
- Honestly, being part of the Claude ecosystem is such an exciting thing right now. The whole AI wave is a bit insane. It moves so fast, new features and new model possibilities almost every week. A few good podcasts and the right people on X are how I keep up. And then there's the other ambassadors.
