Overview

Founded in 2018 by Andreas De Neve, Jeroen Van Hautte, and Mikael Wornoo, TechWolf builds what it calls an AI-powered Skills Intelligence platform. The core product ingests job descriptions, performance data, and HR records to produce a structured, continuously updated skills graph for an organization's workforce.

The company raised a EUR 40M Series B in June 2023, led by Smartfin with participation from Fortino Capital. This brought total funding to EUR 43M and positioned TechWolf among Belgium's fastest-growing HR tech companies. Headquartered at Wintercircus in Ghent, the team sits at the intersection of Enterprise AI and workforce planning.

TechWolf competes in the global skills intelligence category alongside players like Eightfold and Beamery, with a differentiated focus on structured ontology building rather than generic AI matching.
