Overview
Hugo Lobet is a co-founder and the CEO of cephor, a company he co-founded in January 2026, and he is based in Brussels. Since November 2025 he has also been a co-founder of Resty.
He founded Axion in October 2024 and ran it until January 2026, and over the same period he was an entrepreneur at Start.LAB. He co-founded E-Notif in 2025, founded Napolego in May 2024, and co-founded AutoGlow.be, kalicar.be and Nova-Scale between October 2023 and March 2024. Earlier he founded LuxeFlow in October 2023 and AI Masters agency in May 2023, and he completed a project management internship at Helki rent cars in 2023.
He has held student positions at Domino's pizza Belgium, MDHospitality, San Marino, Delhaize Belgium, TotalEnergies, Decathlon, Chassis hanin and Roche4meat.
Lobet studied at Collège d'Alzon, began a marketing programme at EPHEC in 2023, and studied international relations and affairs at Ajman University in early 2025. He lists entrepreneurship, business, customer experience, software development and artificial intelligence among his areas of expertise.
