Isabel Donvil

Overview

Isabel Donvil is the CEO of ADDRETAIL ⎜Certified B Corp, a role she has held since November 2023, and is based in Brussels. Since September 2012 she has also been the owner of Studio Dekeijzer.

She began her career as a programmer at Digit 4 in December 1997, moving to Capgemini as an analyst programmer in July 1999. In January 2001 she joined Makro Cash&Carry Belgium (Member of Metro Group), where she spent more than a decade, working as a system analyst in supply chain, then as project leader, head of regional information management and finally new business development manager until June 2012. From January 2013 to July 2014 she was marketing manager at Wink Market NV/SA.

Donvil studied at KU Leuven from 1994 to 1997 and completed Digit4 education in 1997. She has since taken courses in change management at the University of Antwerp, several programmes at Vlerick Business School including the Young Management Programme and the Director Climate Journey certificate, director effectiveness and board effectiveness certificates at Guberna, and a sustainability fundamentals certificate at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
