- This week, our Training Manager Etienne went back to university. 🎓 Not as a student, but to share his knowledge with HVAC professionals looking to deepen theirs. As part of the Engineers of Tomorrow programme at the University of Antwerp, participants are going back to the fundamentals of HVAC design, and then taking them further into real-world engineering. - As Europe debates stronger regulation of young people’s social media use, another question deserves attention: what shapes adolescents’ experiences once they are navigating digital life? Regulation and digital literacy are important. But adolescents do not experience social media as isolated individuals. What they encounter, whose influence matters, and how they respond are embedded in peers, relationships, norms, and wider social environments.
