Overview
Before founding Jobgether in 2020 with Alexis Rodriguez and Alexandre Hernandez, Juan spent more than a decade as a CFO across Europe, Colombia and Paris, leading a EUR 200M+ business, opening subsidiaries in five countries and managing complex cross-border M&A. He also co-founded EU4UA, a volunteer-run platform that helped over 50,000 Ukrainian families find housing across Europe and received a TEDx Prize.
At Jobgether, Juan leads the business as CEO, focusing on the structural transition toward Remote Work and on positioning the platform as a curated alternative to general job boards.

- What if we are measuring “developed countries” the wrong way? We usually look at GDP per capita, salaries, productivity, stock markets, innovation or the number of billionaires. But there is another metric I find much more revealing: Median wealth per adult. Not how rich the country is. But how much the person exactly in the middle actually owns = financial assets + property - debt.
