Overview
Jobgether was founded in May 2020 in Brussels by Juan Bourgois, Alexis Rodriguez and Alexandre Hernandez, with the platform going live in June 2021. The three co-founders had each spent more than a decade working remotely before launching the business. The company is legally domiciled at Avenue du Prince de Ligne in Brussels and operates as a distributed team across more than nine countries.
The product pairs an aggregated index of over 200,000 remote and flexible job listings from more than 40,000 employers with an AI Match Score that ranks how well a candidate profile fits a given role. Additional services include CV and LinkedIn profile optimisation, application coaching, and recruiter visibility tools. According to the company, more than three million professionals across 100 countries have registered.
In March 2023 Jobgether raised a EUR 1.4M seed round led by finance&invest.Brussels and 4Ventures, with participation from undisclosed business angels. The company has reported around USD 2.2M total funding to date. In October 2025, co-founder Alexandre Hernandez left the company to join Vivla in Spain.
Jobgether sits in the HR tech sector alongside other Belgian job and workforce platforms, with a structural bet on the shift toward Remote Work and distributed hiring rather than on local employer markets.

- My job isn't to do the work anymore. It's to design how the work gets done." This is the line that captures how an Orchestrator has already crossed into the territory most people are still trying to reach, building AI into how an entire team or function runs instead of only using it to move faster on their own. That kind of leverage multiplies results across people and systems, but the scale of it can also make the impact hard to see from the outside. It lives inside a team's workflow more than in a single deliverable, and if
- Most applications do not fail at the interview. They fail somewhere in the queue before a decision-maker ever opens them. An ATS scans first, a recruiter screens next, and only a shortlist ever reaches the hiring manager. Being qualified does not guarantee you make it through that chain. Direct outreach creates another path. That is why we built Contact Hiring Manager, a tool that finds the person behind a role and drafts a message from your real background, not a generic template. Swipe through to see where most applications
- I'm not where I want to be. But I'm not standing still either." It's the line that captures how an Adapter is actually approaching this moment, putting in the work of learning new tools and rebuilding the role from the inside instead of waiting for the ground to settle. That effort is real, but effort alone doesn't guarantee it lands. An Adapter can spend months reskilling and adjusting without a clear read on whether any of it is closing the gap between where they are and where the market actually values them, and low resilience
- After 10, 15, or 20 years of building a career, it is strange to watch it get reduced to a resume that a filter either passes or rejects, with no explanation given either way. That gap, between what someone has actually built and what a remote hiring process is willing to say about it, is the specific problem we built Jobgether to close. We work through it in three parts. First, we look at what someone is actually bringing to the table and where their resume and profile fall short of what hiring managers expect at that level of
- The most striking part of these two sessions was not the size of the room, it was how similar the questions were no matter where people joined from. Different countries, different job markets, same barrier around getting visibility as an experienced professional. 🚀 Thank you to everyone who showed up, and to Markos Korvesis for building this with us.
- Following up on a job application can make a bigger difference than most remote job seekers realize. A thoughtful message shows initiative, keeps you top of mind with the hiring team, and can help your application actually get looked at again. Keep it short and professional, that alone can change the outcome.
