Karim co-founded Cowboy with Adrien Roose in Brussels, building a premium connected e-bike brand aimed at urban commuters. Cowboy has raised significant funding and expanded its hardware and software subscription model across Europe.
Prior to Cowboy, Karim was part of the Take Eat Easy team, a Brussels-based food delivery startup that became an early reference point for the Belgian startup ecosystem before shutting down in 2016.
