- Most GTM conversations still open the same way: sales and marketing need to agree on the targets. That is alignment thinking, great start but not enough. It comes from a playbook where the job was to pick accounts, pick contacts and push. Inbound and outbound as transactions. GTM is the better word, mainly because it refuses to treat this as a problem of two departments. It starts somewhere else entirely. In plaats daarvan koos u voor een lauw persbericht en de veiligheid van het pluche. Een gemiste kans. En, wat mij betreft, een schande waarvan ik ten gronde hoop dat
- For the 5th consecutive year, I'm honoured to serve as a Jury Member for the CDO of the Year Awards — Belgium's most important recognition for digital leadership. Digital transformation, AI, and innovation continue to reshape our organisations at a pace that rewards clarity over ambition. In my deliberations, one question always sits at the centre: beyond vision and initiative, is this leader actually generating measurable impact? Technology without outcomes is just spending — and the best digital leaders know the difference.
