Overview
Maged Rawash is the CEO and founder of Smarterminds, a company he started in March 2018, and is based in Brugge. Since June 2025 he has also been chief executive officer of SmarterATS, and he has been a co-founder of Megalodon360 since September 2019.
Between July 2018 and December 2022 he worked at TREMEC as an embedded software expert. From April 2016 to June 2018 he was an embedded software consultant with Amaris and with Punch Powertrain. He joined valeo in January 2012 as an embedded software engineer and became a senior embedded software engineer in April 2015, remaining there until April 2016. Earlier he held traineeships at Mentor Graphics in 2009 and at Vodafone in 2008.
Rawash studied communications and electronics engineering at Cairo University, graduating with a BSc in 2010.
