Nima Chitgar is founder and CEO of Saply.ai, a Belgian SaaS startup providing an AI-powered CV formatting tool for staffing agencies to create client-ready resumes directly within Word.
Chitgar's path into recruitment technology started at KU Leuven, where he and Guillaume built Simply Apply in 2021 as a student project matching computer science graduates with VDAB vacancies. After graduation he joined De Cronos Groep in 2023 and worked on optimising staffing processes with AI.
Nima Chitgar is co-founder and CEO of Saply.ai, a company based in Ostend that builds agentic AI software for CV automation and management. The product formats resumes into branded templates inside Word, Google Docs, Outlook and applicant tracking systems, and adds AI-powered CV editing, job matching and candidate gap analysis. It integrates with the ATS platforms Bullhorn, Carerix, Spott and Loxo. Clients include Cegeka, delaware, Cronos Groep, Cheops, Planet Group, Addon, Bonaja, GA, Bridge351, Connecting Expertise, Sapient and Verheart. Chitgar studied at KU Leuven, where he and co-founder Guillaume created Simply Apply in 2021, a student project that matched computer science graduates with VDAB vacancies. After graduating he joined De Cronos Groep in 2023, where he optimised staffing processes using AI. The idea for Saply took shape in January 2024, the company was admitted to the Start it @KBC accelerator in March 2024, and the first paying clients arrived in September 2024.
