Overview
Scott Barnard is Managing Director of Bluecrux Inc., a role he has held at bluecrux since January 2021. He is based in Marlton.
Before joining bluecrux, he spent more than a decade at UL, starting in February 2008 as Business Solutions Director and then VP, Business Solutions, before becoming Practice Leader for Advisory Services in 2013 and Director of Market Strategy & Innovation in 2014. From December 2017 to December 2020 he was Managing Director of PURE Learning, and from February 2019 he also served as Managing Director, EHS.
His earlier career was at Stryker, which he joined in 1999 as a Material Control Specialist at Stryker Orthopedics, moving to an Operations and Manufacturing Team Leader role in 2000 and then working in HR on organizational development and training from 2004 to 2008. From 1995 to 1999 he was a Division Officer in the US Navy.
He studied psychology at Tulane University, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1995.
