Stefaan Desmedt co-founded Trince alongside Kevin Braeckmans and Philip Mathuis. Trince is a Ghent University spin-off that developed the LumiPore transfection platform for cell-based therapies. The company raised EUR 4M in seed funding from QBIC and Novalis Biotech in 2021.
