Overview
Sven Langhe is a co-founder of Goodshift and is based in Edegem. He took up that role in May 2026, following almost six years at KadoNation, where he was chief operating officer and a board member from February 2020 to December 2025.
He began his career at Threon - Value through projects, joining as a C# developer in December 2011 and going on to hold roles there as a technical consultant, a functional consultant, a project portfolio management consultant and a team manager until December 2018.
Langhe studied at HOGENT, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in software engineering in 2009 and a Master of Science in computer science in 2011. He gives his areas of expertise as executive leadership, strategic planning, coaching and mentoring, startup development and operational excellence.
