Overview
Sven Langhe is a co-founder of Goodshift and is based in Edegem. He took up that role in May 2026, following almost six years at KadoNation, where he was chief operating officer and a board member from February 2020 to December 2025.
He began his career at Threon - Value through projects, joining as a C# developer in December 2011 and going on to hold roles there as a technical consultant, a functional consultant, a project portfolio management consultant and a team manager until December 2018.
Langhe studied at HOGENT, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in software engineering in 2009 and a Master of Science in computer science in 2011. He gives his areas of expertise as executive leadership, strategic planning, coaching and mentoring, startup development and operational excellence.

- One thing stuck with me after Impact/Week at Norrsken Barcelona: Norrsken is making impact something people want to be part of. They create a place where the ambitious gather. They show profit and impact go hand in hand. And they play big in a big market, across climate, health and social impact. It's inspiring to see, and I'm curious how the scene will unfold.
- We almost skipped Impact/Week. There's always a reason to stay home and build. But some of the best building happens away from the laptop, so Tim Dhondt and I headed to Norrsken House Barcelona. We met tons of founders and investors working on the world's biggest problems. It's that rare event where every conversation lands. Maybe it's the sea breeze, maybe it's the shared goals. Probably both. 🌊 Glad we made the trip! Ready for day 2!
- Close, but no cigar! Bummed to just miss out on the podium at the HR Tech Awards. We finished 3rd, standing right next to a 2-spot podium. 🥉 Not bad though, 3rd out of 12! Onwards and upwards. Huge thanks to everyone who voted for us, and congrats to WARREN and Peepel on making the podium! 👏
- Didn’t see this one coming… My co-founder Tim Dhondt at Goodshift was invited on the podcast 'Waardering werkt' of my former company Kadonation. Full circle. Great to see two worlds collide.
