Overview

Lepelaars co-founded Nodalview in Brussels in 2016 and has run it as chief executive since. He closed the company's first outside round, 1.7 million euros from Volta Ventures, in September 2019, when the platform was used by 6,000 agents and more than 2,000 agencies across France, Belgium and Switzerland, and the plan was to hire over 20 people in the following twelve months. A 4.1 million euro round followed in November 2020, with PROfounders Capital leading alongside K Fund and existing backer Volta Ventures; at that point the company drew about 75 percent of turnover from France and set out to double staff to around 70. In December 2022 he closed a 4 million euro round that brought in finance&invest.brussels next to the existing investors. Nodalview's other named executives are co-founder Mickaël Ligot, chief technology officer Philippe Van Eerdenbrugghe and chief financial officer Maxim Van Reybrouck.

Thomas Lepelaars is co-founder and chief executive of Nodalview, a real estate marketing platform created in Brussels in 2016. Nodalview sells software that estate agents use to produce listing content from a smartphone: HDR photography, AI photo editing, virtual home staging, video, virtual tours, 2D floor plans and remote viewings. It raised 1.7 million euros from Volta Ventures in September 2019, 4.1 million euros from PROfounders Capital, K Fund and Volta Ventures in November 2020, and 4 million euros in December 2022 in a round that added finance&invest.brussels, taking the total past 10 million euros. Since 2025 the company has bought three businesses: Flaash, an AI home staging startup, in 2025; ProperShot, a Paris competitor with roughly 2,000 clients, in September 2025, financed entirely from its own resources; and Cocoon-Immo in May 2026. After the Cocoon-Immo deal the combined company counted 70 employees with offices in Brussels, Paris and London.
