Tom Van Den Eynde

Overview

Tom Van Den Eynde is the founder and managing partner of cybervalue, which he started in July 2019. He is based in Bonheiden and has also been the owner of Zebrax since October 2016.

From October 2016 to June 2019 he was director of security services and chief information security officer at Reliance acsn. Before that he headed security for the Benelux at Worldline Global and was a security principal at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, following a year as associate partner for IT security at IBM. He spent five years at Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group, joining in March 2009 as principal information security consultant, then serving as professional services manager and, from August 2012, as head of threat management EMEA and global security integration. Earlier he worked at C-CURE from 2004 to 2009 as a security engineer, security consultant and assistant technical manager, and was product manager for motherboards at Cloetens. He sat on the board of the ISSA Brussels European Chapter from 2009 to 2013.

He holds a master in industrial engineering, electronics ICT, from KU Leuven - De Nayer Campus, and completed the Middle Management Programme at Vlerick Business School.
