Everyone's launching an MCP these days, so we figured we couldn't stay behind either 😎
On a more serious note: this MCP launch isn't a random feature, it fits a vision we've had since day one. We made a conscious bet early on at Jurimesh to go deep on one niche process, legal due diligence, instead of going broad. The underlying models get better every month, so what do you build that still holds up once Anthropic or OpenAI take another leap forward? We believe it's pragmatic, field-tested knowledge of what actually matters in a deal. Knowing which legal issue is a real risk to the deal and which one needs fixing but won't move the needle. You don't get that from syncing case law and legislation. You get it from doing the process, over and over, with people who've sat across the table in hundreds of deals.
That's also why we never tried to be the tool that drafts your SPA or runs your negotiation. Plenty of great tools already do that.
We wanted our DD work to plug straight into whatever you use for everything after. So now it does: Claude, Legora, Harvey, Saga, whatever's in your stack, can pull structured findings straight out of Jurimesh through the MCP instead of starting cold on a dataroom.
- Claude turning 8 customer contracts into a switching-cost graph for an IC memo
- Harvey drafting remediation amendments from flagged employment clause violations
- Legora drafting SPA warranties mapped directly to DD findings
I don't think specialization and general-purpose AI are competing bets. The deeper we go on DD, the more useful we become to everything built on top of it.
