Two weeks to close. A VDR that wasn’t functioning properly. And a lot of pressure to get things done.
We’d been building data room features that let sellers upload documents and complete the IRL queries directly in Jurimesh. Andersen gave us the chance to see those features battle tested in a real deal, real fast.
Although the CEO’s contracts arrived at a late stage in the DD, critical issues surfaced almost instantly, which helped the team make decisions much faster.
As Koen de Puydt, Managing Partner of Andersen in Belgium, put it: “We treat the agent as one of our colleagues. And honestly, it sometimes surfaces things we wouldn't have thought of.”
