Building a company is a long game.
But what stands out most to me isn’t the milestones - it’s the people.
Over the past 2.5 years with Donna, I’ve been lucky to work alongside some incredibly talented and experienced people. People who care deeply, challenge each other, and keep pushing things forward.
What makes it even better, we’re genuinely enjoying the journey together.
That’s the real foundation.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned: you can never have too many great people around the table 😉 (right, Xander Berkein, Jonas Deprez?!)
