Most analytics products start by telling retailers what to do.
Storalytic starts somewhere else. Before any intervention, before any recommendation, before any optimisation: visibility.
Foundation is the first configuration level: a clear, continuous picture of what is happening across the store's zones. No conclusions yet. No actions yet. Just the layer that should have existed all along.
Only once that layer is stable does Intelligence become meaningful. Knowing why attention forms and where it is lost. And only once Intelligence is trusted does Guidance become possible, steering the store structurally over time.
Visibility, then understanding, then governance. Skipping a step breaks the model.
