Walk any store at peak hour and you see it: a senior staff member moving between zones, sensing where attention is gathering, where a customer is about to leave, where a colleague needs backup.
This is heroic work. It is also fragile.
It depends on one or two people whose intuition has been built over years. When they take a holiday, when they leave, when the store grows beyond what one person can hold in their head, the system collapses back to whatever the floor can improvise.
Storalytic was built to make that intuition transferable. To turn what experienced operators see into something the whole store can act on, continuously, without burnout.
Technology should carry the load people were never meant to carry alone.
