The first pillar of the Storalytic loop is 'SEE': make the blind spot visible and honestly benchmarked.
Reach: how many store visitors reach each zone.
Engagement: how many of those stop.
Conversion: how many of the stoppers actually bought.
Multiplied together, these produce the euro potential of each zone in the store.
Not a dashboard of numbers, but a honest picture of what happened, measured against the four gears:
1. your own best weeks
2. your best comparable zone
3. a peer cohort
4. and best-in-class as the horizon
You are always in a gear. There is always a next one to shift up to. The gap between where you are and the next gear is the growth within reach for that zone, that lever, that week.
Nothing about this is speculative. Every number is grounded in what the cameras and the platform actually observed on the floor.
