Allen is not an AI product. He is a role.
He is the companion who guides the retailer through the loop: he helps you see what happened on the floor, tells you the one move to make, and — this is the part no other retail-tech does — he measures whether his own advice worked.
He writes the daily briefing. He drafts the per-zone recommendations. He answers free-text questions, forecasts the coming week per zone, and reaches out proactively when something changes.
What makes him a colleague rather than a tool is accountability. He never bluffs. A briefing containing an ungrounded number is withheld entirely. This is the number firewall: Allen can only state figures the data actually produced.
The role, not the technology. That distinction is not cosmetic. It is why a store team can trust Allen the way it would trust an experienced colleague on the floor.
