HR consultant? You do great work. Can you prove it? | CEO at Wenite | PhD in Psychology
Two years ago we built a feature that let consultants log and track every action and intervention they took with a client.
We pushed it to a handful of customers to test it. They found it too much hassle. Too much manual work, for something that felt like admin, not value. We shelved it.
We shipped that same feature again recently. It gets used constantly now, by the same type of customer who rejected it the first time.
Nothing about the feature changed. What changed was how ready the market was to work that way. Sometimes the idea is right and the timing just is not yet.
